🔥 Kostelany, 4 July 2026 – the day the new off-road vehicle received its blessing 🔥
Yesterday’s “Afternoon with Firefighters” in Kostelany had everything a proper firefighter celebration should have — tradition, equipment, and plenty of action!

For us, the highlight of the day was the moment when the new Polaris SxS firefighting vehicle, delivered to JSDH Kostelany in cooperation with @polarisolomouc, was officially blessed. 🚒
When the whole village gathers by the chapel, the firefighters line up in uniform, and a new machine receives its blessing for service — that is the kind of moment that reminds us why we do this work. 🙏

And then came the demonstrations you simply could not miss:
🔧 The Kobra device in action — cutting through materials in a way that leaves you speechless. The precision and power of this tool are impressive.
🚑 Rescue and transport of an injured person using the off-road vehicle and a stretcher — and this is exactly where it became clear why we build these machines. Terrain where a regular vehicle cannot go, fast response, loading onto the stretcher, and safe transport. The firefighters from Kostelany performed like true professionals.
This is not a showpiece — this is a machine built to save lives. 💪
The event also included a ceremonial parade with wreath-laying at the monument of T. G. Masaryk, an exhibition of historical and modern firefighting equipment, a programme for children, and refreshments that made sure nobody went home hungry. 😄
